Selling with NLP – Kerry Johnson

Interesting book!  Immediately it was obvious there are a lot of parallels between selling and therapy – you have to establish a connection and rapport with your client, if you’re going to be able to help them/get them to buy.  It covered things like mirroring body language and using that to increase rapport, when to break rapport once established, and to establish which mode of communication the client prefers (auditory, visual, kineaesthetic [touch]) and then HOW to communicate with them.  It made me consider a lot of things about selling I’d not thought about!  Seeing as I paid 30p for it preowned, excellent value for money.  Not sure I’d otherwise pick up a book directed to sellers/prospective sellers, but glad I picked this one up.
